Should Jinx lose her movement speed buff when damaged? (like Miss Fortune)

When damaged during "get excited" should Jinx lose her movement speed buff?

If you think with her theme of running away from the cops, if she got hurt, it should hinder her ability to run.

using that logic shouldn't ALL champions be slowed whenever you hit them? i mean they are hurt so it would inhibit their ability to run or go fast in general

Hell no, nobody likes the idea on MF why would it be ok for jinx to have it?

Nope. They're different passives. Jinx's doesn't activate without having killed/assisted, right?

No because its a condistion she has to meet to even use it mfs is on all the time.

No, mainly because her passive doesn't active passively and stay permanently until she becomes damaged, and she can't activate it with a spell as well.

She only gets it with a kill/assist. It's only good for escaping or chasing people down in teamfights, not roaming across the map or getting to lane faster.

Not a terrible idea, I see where you're coming from, but Jinx and MF fill a different niche.
