Suggestion: Show seconds remaining when hovering over teammate's ult timer

In addition to the current ult timer, there should be an option where you can hover over your teammate's ult indicator and get the remaining time in seconds on that ult. Of course, it should be optional and can be turned off in the Interface menu for those who don't like it.

Its not a huge deal but I think it will be helpful. Some ults have longer cooldowns than others and the visual indicator, while being awesome, can be deceiving depending on each champion.
