can we now have animated loading screens? I'd say 85% of skins/champions combined already have them animated. so it wouldn't take too long to put them into loading screen.

This would be very technically complex, slow down loading drastically for some players, and probably require gigabytes of downloads.

About 700 skins in league, assuming around 10MB per login screen, with reduced scale and resolution.. You do the math on the required filesizes.
