A humble suggestion - Ability to disable skins to be viewable?

Could just be a simple checkbox in the lobby menu , something like "Enable skins viewable to other players"

I'm just incredibly terrible at this game and I find for the past few months I feel obligated to only using the base skin for champions I play because otherwise I seem to incite raging when I perform poorly. I have nearly 200 skins and I want to use them but not if it's going to bring me grief.
