Neutron Star, the parallel of Dark Star
With the Dark Star line going on, it its noteworthy that it doesn't seem to have any oficial counterline like the rest of skin lines, so I though it would be interesting to add one that oficially ties with it, and maybe with the Cosmic line.
There is also a lack of thunder related skins, being the ones that exists a small number compared with the rest of elemental skins. The Neutron Star could be used to fill both gaps, being these skins similar to Starbound's Novakid in looks, but with thunder and light particles, completed with a cristalline armor that alows them to survive around the massive corruptants born from the Dark Star.
If they would be enemies, neutral or allies from the Dark Star, that is for Riot to decide, but they could be used no only to give skins to champions not fit for Dark Star (
) but also for things like explaining why Dark Star Jarvan has such a uncommon look when compared to the rest of the corruptants.
