Why do I feel Cloud Dragon got ditched again?

-Infernal Dragon: "My fire ignites the Rift, ground, stone and bushes burns alike with my wrath" -Mountain Dragon: "With each of my mighty steps ground rises to claim back what it's owed, new walls form with my roar and the whole Rift takes a new shape" -Ocean Dragon: "My breath brings life, with my healing waters the Rift flood, new bushes grow along tasty fruit" -~~Clod~~ Dragon: "I kinda have a worse version of Skarner's crystal spires, but it works with more people than Skarner"

To be fair the bonus it gives is 10x better than the +5% AD and AP that the new Infernal gives.

Again? Cloud dragons have some of the best winrates out of all the dragon combinations.
