Riot I have an idea. Annes, The forgotten soul.

Disclaimer! This champion would probably be subject to a change of name because it is literally just a reversed version of Senna. Also, I have no art for this champion

Lore: Senna, once one of the two purifiers of the corrupted, devoted to their cause, was taken by the soul collector, Thresh. Her soul imprisoned in the lantern, Senna could do nothing but wait for what was to come. In time, the souls began to corrupt her, turning her into what the shadow isle knows today, as Annes, the forgotten soul. Thresh realized the potential for Annes to be an asset for the shadow isles, with her changed views and new strength. Thresh introduced Annes to Kalista. The two became great friends, and Kalista too realized the potential for Annes. When Kalista felt it was time, she gave Annes a gift, a spear infused with the tortured souls of which Thresh had no use for. Annes went to practice with her new weapon far on the edges of the shadow isles where she saw an astonishing sight. A man, carrying two runic weapons, was there. He was walking as if he was prepared to fight. Annes walked up to him to investigate. "Who are you." she demanded. The man seemed confused. He looked at Annes with a strange look. The two stood there for a couple seconds. "Who are you." again she demanded. "S.... Se.... Senna?" the man said. In an instant, all of the memories, all of the thoughts rushed back to Annes. She remembered who she was. "Yes... Lucian. That is who i was, I remember now." "What happened to you? Do you still want to fight with me?" he asked. "No, I wish not to do such things with you, but I still have a want for the purifying of the corrupted, even if I am now. I will continue to fight for our cause, but not with you." As she started walking away she said "I'll be on my way now." "W.. Wait Senna!" Lucian called after her. "I am not Senna anymore, I am Annes, and I'm fighting alone." After waiting for some time, Lucian decided he would leave her, and save the memory. Annes continued to fight for the purification of the corrupted all over Runeterra, but without Lucain.

Abilities:

Passive: Soul Spear Every other time Annes damages an enemy champion with a basic attack she gains 10-20-30 soul spears, up to a cap of 100-200-300 (scaling at levels 8 and 14.) The next time Annes uses an ability it consumes the spears to heal for .75-1-1.5 times the amount of spears she has (also scaling at levels 8 and 14.)

Q: Spear on a chain Active: Annes throws her spear like a javelin landing in a specific spot, and dealing 50/75/100/125/150 physical damage (+.75 of attack damage) (Not a line skill shot.) If the spear hits a non champion or terrain, Annes will be pulled .25% of the way, .5% of the way, .75% of the way, and 100% of the way to the target location (distance scaling at level one and each time Annes puts a point into her ultimate) dealing the same damage to any enemies she passes through and slowing them for 15-25-35-45% (scaling in the same way as the distance.) If the spear hits a champion Annes will be pulled a quarter turn to the right or left of the champion (alternating every times she uses the ability,) dealing 100% of the damage and stunning enemies Annes passes through, and 75% of the damage and slowing by 20% at all levels to enemies the chain passes through.

W: Broken Spear Passive: If Annes heals for more than 75-150-225 health (scaling at levels 8 and 14) within two seconds of the first heal, she gains a charge of broken spear (no cap) Active: Annes consumes a charge of broken spear to break her spear in half for 15 seconds. When Annes attacks in these 15 seconds, she attacks twice with each auto attack, and each attack deals .75% of her attack damage (+3%-6%-9%-12%-15% of the target's maximum health) physical damage. Both attacks apply on hit effects.

E: Against all odds Passive: When this ability is off cool down, Annes's auto attacks heal for 10 health at level one, scaling up to 15-20-25 health each time she upgrades her ultimate. Active: For 5 seconds, Annes's attacks deal 1% more physical damage to the last champion she hit for each 5-4-3-2-1% bonus health that enemy has compared to Annes.

R: Path of the forgotten Active: Annes creates a path in front of her. Path width and length increases depending on how many stacks of soul spear Annes has (length increases by 15 units for each stack of Souls Spear Annes has, and width increases by 5 units in each direction for each stack of Souls Spear Annes has.) When inside the path, allies gain 5% movement speed at all levels, and Annes gains 5-10-15% movement speed and 3-6-9% extra magic damage to her auto attacks.

I hope you guys like this! And I'm not certain, but i feel like lots of people have made Senna champion ideas. I feel like this took an original turn though. And again, the name is due a change, i just dont have an original idea for a name.

... No. The lore is literally making sure that Lucian doesn't have a drive anymore and the fact that she uses spears just like Kalista makes it thematically boring. Now, time to look over the kit: Passive: So... After 10 auto-attacks you can heal 25% of your health with just a basic spell... That is not balanced. I actually don't have any real problems with this spell, I just don't understand why you scale the healing? Just keep it at a constant 1 to 1 ration. Q: Hey, did you know that spells are supposed to scale with their own rank, not the ultimate's rank? It's a normal thing, maybe you should stick to it. Other than that, the fact that the spell pulls you part of the way to the enemy early and all the way late means you have very different uses of it early and late game. Not a fan. Also, a quarter turn around the enemy at max range... That is a LONG way to be moved, no matter the range of the spell. If you accidentally hit the wrong target you can be completely out of position and I don't see when it could be used even the slightest. Just let it have the same interaction as hitting creeps, but still keep the stun or something. As it, it's so brokenly weird. W: Passive: What is this even supposed to mean? I don't understand. Also, no matter how it works, you're scaling how you get it, making it harder to gain charges as the game progresses. This is so stupid of an idea to implement because it them punishes you if you're close to full HP because you're literally incapable of getting stack until you take damage. Active: So... I think the duration is excessive. Maybe have it be somewhat shorter? Also, dealing 75% on both basically just means it's a 50% damage boost requiring no skill to keep up. Draven has an 85% damage boost that you need to keep focus on CONSTANTLY. Reduce the innate damage of this. And now the biggest problems... An On-hit effect dealing 15% of max health as damage on a champion that attacks twice per attack... You can literally build nothing but attack speed on this champion and use 4 attacks to kill ANY champion. Just attacking twice per auto-attack is completely fine per attack. It allows so many more on-hit effects. E: Passive: Once again... Scaling spells with their own rank is normal. Do it. Other than that... You already have healing with your normal passive, giving it on each attack gives WAY too much sustain. Active: So... Building defensive on the character is a bad thing? Got it. Most squishy ADC ever. No, this is a stupid active. It's just another damage boost which she really shouldn't have. Change it. R: Very cool and all, but... The buff on the area is way too weak and the area's way too big. An ult is usually a spell you'd want to matter, but a 5% speed buff and a 3% extra damage is basically nothing. Ontop of that, according to the passive, you would lose all the stacks as you cast another spell, so this would ALWAYS be the opening spell or you're playing it stupidly. I'd say you should add a base size so you can actually throw it with 0 spears and then reduce the scaling size. Overall: No. The lore is problematic at best, the theme is too similar to Kalista and the kit is the most OP ADC I've ever seen with infinite damage and sustain.

Kalista and Thresh aren't friends. They may both be from the Shadow Isles, but Thresh is a psychopathic torturer creep that even Karthus dislikes, while Kalista is a vengeance spirit of a woman who was present at the incident the Blessed Isles became the Shadow Isles and had tried to stop it to begin with, who consequently either has a personal beef with most Shadow Isles champs or merely does not affiliate with them on account of having a separate agenda from simply spreading the Black Mist like most Isles champs are.

Also I'm fairly certain Thresh never lets any of his toys go for any reason.
