The Fizz mini rework is garbage.

The reasoning you gave for the Fizz w rework was "Fizz players felt it was awkward to have to wait for your burst, so we want to make it so you have faster burst" This was the same principle with the Leblanc revert, but in that case it made sense because her wait was long and she had nothing to do in the mean time. However, Fizz now has a highly reduced burst, and the old wait wasn't even bad. Even if you use e and quickly reactivate it you're w is usually ready to proc when you leave e. And now Fizz, without a good amount of his burst, is probably going to be only a tank/bruiser, and essentially what you've done is said "We think fizz players don't like that they can 1 shot people over 2 seconds, so now we'll make it so they cant 1 shot people at all, which totally makes sense"
