Freyal, the Honorary Scout
Freyal, The Honorary Scout (Legitimate) HP: 475 (+47 per level) HP Regen: 8 (+2 per 5 seconds per level) MP: 328 (+26 per level) MP Regen: 6 (+2 per 5 seconds per level) AD: 67 (+2.7 per level) Movement Speed: 325 Attack Speed: .625 (+9% per level) Attack Range: 475 Armor: 29 (+3 per level) Magic Resist: 31 (+4 per level) Passive: Every 2.5 minutes a spy drone flies over the map, taking 7 seconds to travel. All champions are made aware of this with a status effect and audible queue. If an enemy champion is not dead, invisible, or in brush sometime within those 7 seconds they are revealed until the next pass-over. This effect is removed when they die, and doesn’t reveal whenever they are in a brush or for 7 seconds afterward. This does not reveal stealthed champions. If a champion is not revealed by this effect for 20 seconds, it is removed from them. Q: Freyal swaps an attachment to her pistol. After a .25 second delay, Freyal gains 5/15/25/35/45 AD and 125 attack range for 5 seconds. During this time, she attacks 10% slower. There is another .25 second delay to re-swap. This ability has a 9/8/7/6/5 second cooldown after it’s over. Cooldown reduced by 1 second on hit. This ability costs 50/55/60/65/70 mana. W: Freyal gains invisibility for 7 seconds. The duration is refreshed any time Freyal enters brush. This ability cannot be used if Freyal took damage in the last 7 seconds. Dealing damage, recalling, or using an ability will purge the invisibility. Turrets will not reveal her outside a 700 unit radius of themselves. True sight does not remove the effect, merely showing her while within the radius. This ability costs 50 mana, plus 5 mana per second beyond the first 7 while also removing mana regen for the duration. E: Passively Freyal marks an enemy every 7/6/5/4/3 auto attacks. Whenever Freyal auto’s a marked target within 125 units of her she instead does a melee attack, dealing 110/130/150/170/190% AD, resetting her auto attack timer, and slowing the target by 50% for 1 seconds. The mark lasts for 5 seconds. Whenever a target dies from the melee attack this ability permanently does 1% more damage. The melee attack cannot be done on a target twice within 7 seconds. R: Freyal tosses away her gun to a random location within 200 units, and pulls out two knives. She attacks 50% faster, and deals 50% increased damage with her E for 15 seconds. Freyal gains 50% movement speed for 1 second whenever she hits an enemy, which doesn’t stack, as long as these knives are out. After 15 seconds she can pick up her gun again, and she loses the attack speed bonus and movement speed steroid on hit. During this time her auto attack range changes to 125 units and she cannot cast her Q, but she gains the Q bonus AD passively. This has a 120/90/60 second cooldown, which triggers on cast, and a 100 mana cost. While this ability is active the cooldown for her E per target is removed. Lore: Freyal was raised as part of the gangs Vi and Jinx were known to, but she left for a personal vacation shortly before their stories got out of hand. Where did she go on vacation? Bandle city of course. One day, while exploring the wilderness surrounding the city, Freyal got lost and wandered into a military encampment. Being a human and carrying weapons onto a Yordle military base was way beyond suspicious, so they captured her. When Teemo and Rumble caught wind of this, Teemo and the rather reluctant compatriot vouched that she was an allied spy. This action basically forced her into the Yordle military. Over the months she had to prove herself to the group, and knowing that she wasn’t actually a military operative Teemo took it upon himself to train her in stealth and sharpshooting. After a couple years she was a fully functional killing machine, although she wasn’t as remorseless as her teacher, and as such she stook to the original lie, becoming a spy. Eventually she found herself in the good graces of Rumble, who helped her create her own hextech device: The M.A.T.A, a flying device she could use to keep track of enemies in the field. She grew up this way, reaching adulthood before being sent on her first real mission, which unfortunately took years to complete. She returned to Bandle City only to find Teemo and Rumble both had entered into the League of Legends. Thinking it would be amusing to join as well, she followed her commanders into battle.
I created this character not only because I really like the concept and idea behind it, but I wanna add champs to the games with potentially diverse playstyles with a variety of different counterplay options. I love your game, and would do a lot to help improve it if I could. Expect more from me in the future. -TheTerakali
is this type of ADC although way burstier and has a reload mechanic riot still balances him by making him unable to increase his attack rate outside his per lvl bonus. Freyal will still benefit from attack speed items.
