Revamped Plague Jungle Map Idea
Awhile back I made a Map Concept of what would a Map from the Plague Jungle be like? & I just took the Runeterra Map & plastered it a creepy jungle vibe to it....honestly I not very proud of it, heck I didn't even finish it. But later on I went back to it & tweaked, so here is the new Plague Jungle Map that I'm calling Forgotten Trail. So the main purpose of a Single Lane Map (to me) is to constantly be in a Team Fight from Lv. 1 to Lv. 18 & beyond, but I added the Jungle to throw in a nice little twist in that Players can pull of gorilla style ambushes or traps or they could use the Jungle to sneak behind them & go for surprise attacks. As for the Monster Camps in this Jungle their mainly side-quest that players can chose to take but if they do take them the Monsters Buffs will provide a fairly good advantage for that Player or even his/her team especially if the Boss Monsters have been taken down since their Buffs can affect the enemy teams Structures, Minions or even the enemy Team.
Please leave your Feedback on what you think about this Map Concept down bellow, thank you all for taking a look at this concept =)
Theme: Plague Jungle Map Name: Forgotten Trail. Type: .Single Lane with minimal Jungle.
Basic Design: Unlike the Howling Abyss map where it’s just a single lane, this Map will be a single lane map but it has 2 smaller Jungle areas on each side of the lane. The Jungle area have 3 curved paths that are mashed into each other on each side of the main lane.
The Lane & its Structures: Now instead of just having a standard single lane with 2 Towers & a base, I wanted to do something different. So the layout of the Lane is: Base, Tower now instead of a second tower there is instead of a Barricade Wall that has vines & roots entangling it that the enemy team would have to destroy in order to proceed down the Lane & with its HP slightly (maybe 5% or so) higher than a Tower’s HP & because its covered in thorny vines & roots it will Reflect 2% of the damage the Wall takes back at the Champion Auto-Attacking it. Now 1 Team cannot pass through another teams Wall but Players can use the Jungles Paths to go behind this Wall to pull of some Guerilla Style Gameplay.
The Jungle: One curved path starts from one Teams Base to the near mid-section of the Lane, bellow the mid-point of these curved paths is where a small Monster Camp is. Then on the top arch of the 2 curved paths is another curved path that is smaller with its own Monster Camp bellows its mid-section. On the 3rd curved path at the top is a Boss Monster.
