Reordering of Rune and mastery pages

I think it would be nice if we could reorder our rune pages so that it would be easier to group all the AP ones together etc. Where the buttons for selecting each rune/mastery page are, make them so that they can be dragged around with a | (bar) for UI so we know where it will be accurately placed respective of the pages around it.
