[CLIENT] - cant block/unblock people in the end of game screen if you reported them

If you report someone in the endgame, the block option under right click menu is disabled. The only way to block them is to manually type their name into the block list tab. Can recreate every game. Blocking then reporting is fine, but reporting then blocking isn't and it makes no sense to why.
