All cultures have their legends, and in Noxus, the legend of Warhorse is a commonly known bedtime story to inspire children of Noxus to rise in strength. A man in metal casing, wielding nothing but his own individual strength and will, rose to power over in the days of old before an official government seized control. With only small guilds controlling the city, the unknown soldier Warhorse showed the people of Noxus that their path to salvation was marked with strength. They called him "Warhorse" because that's how he charged into battle-- like a warhorse; Fast and ferocious, as vicious as he was powerful. He fought in the heat of battle against Jarvan I and Jarvan II, and waged his strength in the Rune Wars. As time passed, Warhorse vanished, thought to never be seen again. Until the night Jericho Swain ascended to the position of Grand General. As a figure walked up the path to Swain's quarters, guards attempted to stop the man. They were all beaten to the side with a sore lip and broken bones. Even Darius, considered one of the strongest soldiers of Noxus, was thrown aside by the man. As the figure opened the door, the man of metal, the heart of all that is of strength, Warhorse, knelt down before the Grand General and pledged his allegiance.

Warhorse deals 7% bonus damage (+4% each level to a maximum of 75%) with his basic attacks if the damage dealt is below 10% of the targets maximum health.

Additionally, Warhorse's basic attacks have 100% crit chance against a target with full health.

Warhorse charges towards an enemy, slamming his axe directly onto their head, dealing 50/80/110/140/170 (+45% AD) (+5%/+10%/+15%/+20%/+25% of target's armor) physical damage to the target and reducing their armor by 10%/15%/20%/25%/30% for 6 seconds. If used against a non-super minion or non-large monster at 50% or less health, it executes them.

Warhorse's next basic attack against the target struck will slow them by 45% for 2 seconds.

Upon activating W again or reaching 20 stacks Warhorse activates Release, granting his next basic attack an additional 60/90/120/150/180 (+5/+10/+15/+20/+25 per stack consumed) physical damage and stunning the target for 0.125 seconds per stack (capping at 2.5 seconds), and gaining health equal to 1% of Warhorse's missing health per stack.

Passive: Whenever Warhorse takes damage from an enemy champion, he gains a stack of Noxian Vigor. When he reaches 10 stacks, Warhorse regenerates 5%/10%/15%/20%/25% of his missing health over 6 seconds.

Active: Warhorse readies a defensive stance that last 1 second. If Warhorse is hit with an ability within the small timeframe, the ability is instead deflected back at the caster (or towards the caster if it is a skillshot). Damage done by the deflected ability is decreased by 50%, and crowd control duration is decreased by 25%.

Active: Warhorse laughs with diabolical glee (which can be heard globally), fearing all nearby enemies for 2 seconds. Additionally, all enemy champions are revealed for 6 seconds.

Love the concept of the Noxian Bedtime story. I really like his passive, helps him if he's behind, doesn't make him stronger if he's fed. My two problems with his kit, are as follows:

  1. Warhorse' 'E' is very vague, a better tooltip to clear things out would be nice.
  2. His Ultimate could potentially put him in a bad position, could it be cancelled in some way?

I love the idea behind his R where he links to an enemy and charges them. However I feel it being global causes a few problems. First is what would happen if after you link with them them have time to teleport to base? Could you break your ult or do you have to follow through? Also would his ult allow him the ability to travel through terrain? You could possibly change it so more of a mark on a target or and gain bonus movement speed over time to them but then it would be difficult to explain his knock up.

Also his passive is amazing in theory but i feel early game it would be very potent (a low base damage at early levels would almost guarantee a double damage every hit) and late game you could just build almost no damage and all tank/attack speed and still have a really high damage output. Perhaps you can add a per level scale to this so its more like this:

Warhorse deals 7% bonus damage (+4% each level to a maximum of 75%) to any enemy stuck by his basic attacks or abilities if the damage dealt is below 10% of the targets maximum health

Otherwise you have an incredibly good idea here. I feel like he could be a great addition to the game. If you wouldn't mind checking my champion out i would appreciate it. Bumps and comments are always welcome of course! :)

I love the new passive ;) also his E is really awesome. I love the idea of a spell shield that reflects damge. It might be difficult mechanically with some champs though (like ekko and ori ) You might want to make it charge him instead. So his next attack would deal bonus magic damage based on how much he absorbed. like this:

E: Deflection Strike Warhorse gains an spell shield that last 1.5 seconds. If warhorse blocks a spell with this spell shield he will then deal bonus magic damage on his next attack equal to 50% of the absorbed damage.

i really like the concept, but i think his spell shield should have a different damage scaling, as damage recieved isnt always very useful( soraka w, nasus w etc.) but great concept overall, and i would appreciate if you could check out my champ, and leave feedback!

Those icons looks familiar XD On the the important part Good god that ult man. A global 2 seconds fear is insane. Even Amumu melee range aoe root goes up to 2 seconds. Now its a global hard cc that also goes up to 2 second. Tone it down or get another one And well, since he is a manly motherfucker that goes into war emptyhanded and kicks his enemy ass into submission Have you ever considered a wrestling ult. Like he just grab someone for a bit and then throw them in the direction of your choosing?

Despite the obvious Hecarim references (XD, I bet they were uninentional), I have to say I like the revised kit quite a bit now. Rather than the chain toss, Warhorse's new ult seems to fit his overall "imma scare you like a monster under the bed" kinda theme.

Background lore, artistic representation, and the general kit just seem to really work well together. I think it would, as someone else said, make for a good "evil" champ.

Here is my review: I like your Q. I even think that the Q can be a higher flat percentage as currently it doesn't do much early on and way too much late game. However, it's kinda badass what it does. I can visualize it :)

The W stands out to me. It reminds me of Ursa's Fury Swipes in Dota. I suppose it's rather similar to Volibear's W. Seems like you can store the charges which really discourages enemy junglers from fighting you cuz you can just chunk them for a ton. I usually don't like a champion that excels at sustained damage and burst at the same time, but this guy might be a delicate balance between the two. It's definitely neat.

His E isn't anything too unique to me, so no comment.

His R... Take this into consideration. Karthus's global ult takes 3 seconds to charge up before dealing damage. Global CC is generally against how LoL wants the game to play out. How do you explain loss of control of your character when the source is not on screen? This is different from Nocturne, because during his ult you can still "do something". Fear is the strongest CC along with knock up, so perhaps having fear locally and a slow global might be the compromise I'm pitching here. The slow symbolizes the "knees knocking" of scaredy-cats. :3

I hope this review has been beneficial for you. I really like some of the ideas you have here. You like to push the boundaries of what's acceptable, and I think that's a good way to create champion concepts. We can always adjust power levels by changing the numbers. Good luck with your submission!

ok here it goes great conept I love the passive and q and how they definately help if he is behind but not so much if he is ahead and definately punish otherwise really beefy champions..... great idea this is definately needed in game as tanks have little to no counter measures... My issues arise with the w and e. The w definately has way too many stacks i mean at max stacks i have 140% bonus armor/magic resist and 35% bonus movement speed but these all stack on eachother which increases this even more. plus if you combine that with the e you have a whoppy 175% bonus armor/magic resist ..... ummm no I would definately only have one bonus armor/magic resist mechanic. I would probably have the bonus armor/ magic resist on the e and increase it slightly to about umm 50% at max rank.... not bad but not terrible either. I would also take out the armor/magic resist on the w and put it with something like tenacity... so 1% tenacity would be good if you really wanted the 35 stacks but I would lower the maximum stacks to about 20 stacks at max which would provide for you to have that bonus increase to about 2% tenacity and 2% bonus movement speed which would mean 40% movement speed and 40% tenacity which is high but it takes a while to gain and rewards the user for doing this. also I would lower the heal on the W to 2% of your current health at time of cast this way it rewards you for proper time cast and is not overpowered because lets face it 40% of your max health is rediculuous that is if you have 20 stacks if you have 35 stacks that is 70% of your maximum health which is higher than just about any other champ in the game. I would also lower the values of the physical damage values from % to base values like 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 bonus damage. because 60 bonus physical damage is way better than 60% bonus damage especially if you build full ad so let us say 300 ad would make 60% bonus damage to be about an additional 180 damage which is rediculous either that or lower the values to .5/1/1.5/2/2.5% or perhaps even .5/.75/1/1.25% or even better 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2% . It would also be cool if the e did 50% of the damage absorbed+30% of Warhorse's total armor + 30% of warhorse's total magic resist. because the armor/magic resist bonus by itself actually makes the amount of damage the ability absorbed even less than if there was no armor/magic resist bonus as the amount of damage it would deal is lessened due to this bonus. The ult is actually really cool and is definately needed in league... that being said it can put yourteamates in either a good or bad position depending on team comp and their current positions so it must be timed properly otherwise it can be totally troll... This would fix the issues with the champion.... I would also probably change the fear to a polymorph instead of a fear....

It kind of reminds me of Zed mixed with Sion and Hecraim, the abilities also sound incredibly broken but I don't know what I'm talking about probably. I like the way he looks and the overall concept and theme.
