Patch/Update concept.
Here is a concept of a patch I made after thinking about it for a good few hours. It addresses a lot of the issues players have right now with the game and client. Honestly this game used to be great before and it can be fun again.
Runes: Runes and Masteries reverted back to season 5. (work could be done to prevent it from being a tank meta easily)
All Runes returned back to summoners free of cost.
Runepages returned back to summoners.
Blue Essence: BE earned from games played
First win of the day no longer gives experience, BE reward increased to 250
Level up capsules now give 1-4 key fragments based on honor instead of champion shards and blue essence. (1 at honor level 1, 1-2 at honor level 2, 1-3 at honor level 3, 1-4 at honor level 4, 2-4 at honor level 5)
Honor: Random key fragment rewards removed.
Honor progress indicator added to profile.
Client: Legacy client returned as optional client for players with low spec computers.
Legacy client reworked to include newer features.
Champion Masteries: 3 New champion mastery levels added.
Mastery level costs changed: Mastery 6: 2 tokens and 1000 BE Mastery 7: 3 tokens and 2000 BE Mastery 8: 4 tokens and 3000 BE Mastery 9 5 tokens and 3000 BE Mastery 10: 10 tokens and 6000 BE.
Mastery 10 rewards 1 random skin from that champions skin pool excluding mythic and ultimate skins.
Matchmaking: Matchmaking has been re-balanced for better player enjoyment.
Champions: All champion base stats reverted to season 5&6 levels.
Leathality stat reverted to Armor Penetration.
Zoe removed till reworked.
Hybrid stats returned to champion skills for more diverse playstyles. (aka returning some of the fun that has been removed over the years)
Towers: Base armor and MR increased. Health Increased. Damage Increased.
Items: Leathality reverted to Armor Penetration
Health on all items restored to original values except

Nerfed: Shield and Heal power decreased to 5% from 10%, CDR removed.
