Am I the only person who has thought of these skins? They could just look like the original concept for them on the newer champ or mesh them into old skins (Traditional Sion into Hextech, Traditional GP into Sailor or something, I don't know.) Hell, if Riot just made voice packs a la smite or something, I'd buy it.

Traditional Gangplank is captain Gangplank and Sion they said they will never release a traditional Sion skin since reasons we do not know just they said they won't.
