Can I get a refund on my Yorick skin

I bought it for old yorick not new. If not I guess I'm stuck with a skin for a champ I'll never play again.

You're stuck with it, they don't do refunds on that kind of stuff even if the champion is reworked and the entirely different from what it was before.
