They both haven't had a new one yet (though are fairly new). Lucian is right behind them and he has 2 skins. Braum has 2. Zac is getting fairly old and still hasn't had a new one. Why give skins to champs that already have 2-3 skins. I think it should be fairly distributed. Like after a certain amount of time the champ has been released, a new skin comes out for them. I mean Miss Fortune has a good amount of skins and she is getting another one.
They give champs new skins as they can or come up with ideas for them. Yasuo and Jinx shouldn't be too hard for them to come up with something for. I dunno about Zac. Maybe Abominable Snowman Zac for Christmas. There's not a huge amount of design space for playing around with goop.

Braum only as 1 skin,that being said I do agree that jinx could use a new skin(unbelievably bias on that since shes my fav champ) Skins for champs like kha zix and zac are hard since they need to change(granted there are ideas out there) But for the rest(specially jinx since the community alredy gave sooo many skin ideas) it should not be that hard And the champ is new argument is simply not valid,thresh and riven both got their championship skins few months after their respectevly release,lucian already got a new one and hell, vi got her officer skin before being out for a year
