they wont make it because singed has nothing to do with shurima / originates from zaun. it'd be a break in theme and that's unacceptable for skins.

Well, Debonair simply means confident and stylish... not really 'Piltover' and Warring Kingdoms skins aren't Ionian, they're based off of another game.

I am deeply offended by you thinking Deep Terror Thresh is from the sea though. Deep Terror Thresh is from Decapod 10. (Some one will catch that reference.)
