Nice concept, though I think the meeps would look better as blue meeps with eyepatches or more like octopuses because they look like aliens.

Would probably be called "Deep Sea Bard" because of the conch shell and the meeps being little sea monsters, not to mention Kraken portal :D

Or perhaps it could be a halloween bard skin next year (Lord knows they dont have the time to make it this year) for Spoopy bard?

I have a skin request~ Can you make a Meep Yordle skin? Like any of LoL's Yordles, but with an appearance like one of Bard's Meeps? Maybe something like Meep Lulu with a mini-Bard as Pix?

Healing shrines are bottles of rum... If two champs go for the healing shrine (and the second one does not get the shrine), then the second champ would say "Why is the rum always gone?!" lol
