Rumble Rumble, the first Yordle pirate: http://vignette1.wikia.nocookie.net/leagueoflegends/images/b/ba/Rumble_BilgeratSkin.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20160405200002

Tristana Tristana, the second Yordle pirate: http://vignette1.wikia.nocookie.net/leagueoflegends/images/6/62/Tristana_BuccaneerSkin.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20160509195015

That will actually make Pirate Lulu the third Yordle pirate and the second female Yordle pirate.
