Special Skins+Icons Ideas

I thought, whenever you hit 50k or 100k mastery points with a champion, you should unlock a skin. But just unlock it, so you'll be able to buy, because I know Riot will never give free skins in this way.(Just as rewards at the end of a season). And a icon too...but not a 250 rp Icon. One icon that will be around 150 rp will be good. And in that icon should be showed the default champion. Like are the project skins, but this time will be normal champion, without a certain skin. The price should be around 750 rp I think...and the skin should be awesome. Something like Post Apocalyptic "X champ." or "Pre league X champ" and the champions are showed in the way they looked before joining League. It came in my mind a skin for Jax without a mask, or a Darius that wear some normal clothes(no armor). Anyway, I hope you get the idea...all I want to know is if you liked it. I suggested that because I feel like you should get something when you play a champion very much. And maybe Riot can add some unlockable lore...it will be very interesting if we could know the age of a champion and some + facts about them.
