The Rei, Hidden of the Glade [All names with "ei" are pronouced "aye".]

**The Idea of this champion is to create a team based champion. Quinn, Kinred, and Nunu do not really fullfill this, they just each share some of the abilities. At the bottom is a pole based on whether Spirit Travel or Seperate would work better with this champion.

Imagine these 3 duets of creatures combined:

Temp Lore: The Rei are bound spirits, fae creatures that live in the shadow of the Glade. Once children who lived with a painter, they were murdered by a mad spirit. Wicked themselves now, they show a darker facet of the Glade and will not rest until their done playing around.

Things Subject to change:

  • The passive

  • Numbers

  • Lore

  • Whether their melee or ranged. This version their ranged, wielding small crossbows, but if they become melee later then they will use their claws.

** Passive:** Grei and Kei each fire crossbows differently. Each of them fire their crossbows at 75% of their total attack speed and Grei always fires first. Each bolt only deals 50% of their total AD. Grei's first basic attack against a target applies a Blue Mark. If Kei attacks a target affected by Blue Mark, his basic attack will deal bonus physical damage based on the targets current health. The Rei's spells apply Glade Charges to all enemies hit. After 3 charges have been applied, the target will consume the charges and gain a Orange Mark. If the Rei attacks a target with Orange Mark, they gain 50% attack speed and deal damage based on the targets missing health.

Q: Swift Dart: The Rei each dash foward towards a target direction dealing physical damage. If their tail bond [In between them] hits an enemy, they also take damage and stun enemy champions.

12 second Cooldown.

W: Glade Lights: Grei releases three dazzling, mesmerizing balls of Fae Fire foward in a cone, damaging enemies. After a 1.35 second delay, the Glade Lights are passed to Kei dealing damage based on how far they traveled and healing The Rei for each enemy hit.

9.5 second cooldown

** E: Brush Rush/Rabid Leap**: Kei turns and slaps his tail in a target direction, dealing physical damage to the first enemy champion hit and knocking them in the direction of cast. Grei's next basic attack is ranged and causes him to leap to the target dealing physical bonus damage along with a bleed effect.

11 Second Cooldown.

R: Spirit Travel: The Rei closest to the mouse leaps away from each other, separating their hitboxes but sharing health bars for 4.5 seconds. If they leap up onto a nearby wall, they will gain massively increased movement speed and able to walk upon the wall. During this time pathing will prioritize the way that will keep the Rei on the wall, but if they walks to an area off the wall they will jump off next to the wall keeping the movement speed for 3 seconds after. The Rei can leap over short distances where walls end with the second jump charge.

25 second cooldown per charge. 4 second cooldown.

The Rei are an AD assassin/caster who can fit in midlane or jungle. With Spirit Travel they can roam efficiently. Comments and constructive critisism is much appreciated.

UPDATE:

So it looks like I will do this for their ultimate:

Spirit Travel: One of the Rei jump to a target location a short distance away, separating their hitboxes and allowing them to move apart for 6 seconds. Pressing R will cause them to jump towards eachother, finding a middle way and becoming a single hitbox once more. Which ever Rei is closer to the jump location will jump to the location. If the location happens to be a non-player created wall, both The Rei will jump onto the wall gaining greatly increased movement speed. Pathing will cause them to try and stay on the wall but trying to walk to an area where the wall does not meet will cause the Rei to hop off next to that side of the wall. The second charge of this ability can be used to jump a part a gap in the wall.

This ability works on a charge system with 2 maximum charges.

For the passive I might cause each of them to have a unique basic attack [Special thanks to GIDEON96 for this idea]. Whether that just means that one basic attack is faster with less damage or if one slows and the other poisons I have yet to decide.

I plan to repost this. Most of the work will be on the ult and passive and lore. Thanks everyone!

I kinda like this idea, although the way I would implement a team duo champ like this, would be (mind if it sound off I made this up while reading this) since you said their passive is subject to change, why not like may it so that they take turns auto attacking and on every 5th shot they attack together and deal extra damage? And if you go with that you can make their abilities have a different effect based on which has auto attack privilege at the time, and a special effect on the 5th shot. As it comes to the ult I dunno man it doesnt seem like it fits them.....

Anyhoo that's all I got to say, keep up the good work

So um I could be wrong but isn't the first picture from the champion concept that eventually became Kindred?
