[Champion Concept] Tengri: The Progeny of the Wolves
Hello. It's me. I was wondering if after all my thoughts you'd like to see. My first concept, so please don't be mean. :)
This is an early concept that I thought of a while back and I just wanted some constructive criticism so that I could develop it further. Please leave a comment if you can and thank you.
Tengri is descended from wolf spirits that took the form of humans after the rune wars. Humans had learned how to bend magic to their whim and the spirits were being hunted down to prevent any opposition that might threaten the humans. The Wolves adapted as quickly as possible but it wasn't enough. They were driven to the point of extinction with only a few survivors remaining. Most people only have a trace of an animal spirit in them, a descendant from a crossbreed centuries ago. Tengri is not one of them, he has always been in tune with his beastly origins, He left society and any form of civilization in order to connect with his ancestors, and their spirits have been teaching him the ways of the wolf to keep their traditions alive. Thus, Tengri trained in multiple weapons, a sword, a lance, and a bow representing the tools of his canine relatives: fang, claw, and howl. Only a year after Tengri left the wolves, his nomadic lifestyle of living on the land was curtly interrupted after the Noxian invasion of Ionia, but he won't let them take his land. The wolf has his territory and he will protect it with his life.

P - Alpha's Dominance With each auto-attack and ability, Tengri generates 1 stack of his passive (Stacks decrease by 1 for every 5 seconds not using abilities or attacking). At max stacks (10) Tengri's next auto-attack or abilty will fear the afflicted enemy (enemies) for .75/1/1.25/1.5 seconds. (Scales with R)
Q - Pack Assault (1-3 Activations)(Must be cast within 3 seconds of the previous activation) (1st and 2nd Activation) Tengri dashes forward and strikes at a given location dealing 20/40/60/80/100 (+ 35% AD for all levels) (3rd Activation) Tengri charges towards the cursor and jabs forwards in a short, narrow skill shot. Any enemy units in the range of this activation will be stunned. (Cannot proc passive) (Charged) Tengri charges his attack but he has to stand still for 1.25 seconds. Tengri then applies all activations of his Q in one explosive attack. 50/110/170/230/290 (+ 40% AD) (Cannot proc passive) 11/10/9/8/7 CD
W - Twin Wolves (2 Activations) (1st Activation: White Wolf) Tengri dashes toward the cursor and applies a Fang Mark on all enemy units hit. Fang Marks can only apply one mark per enemy per dash. (Fang Mark gives an additional 30% scaling to the next attack that Tengri casts on them)
(2nd Activation: Black Wolf) Tengri lashes out on his next auto-attack. This attack slows units for 2 seconds dealing 30/40/60/90/110 (+ 60% AD) (Can't consume the mark) (If a fang mark was applied to a champion using White Wolf 20/25/30/35/40% slow per level 20/18/16/14/12 CD
(Passive: The Wolf You Feed) The Wolf Tengri has toggled when he kills an individual champion will grow in strength to max of 5 (Can't kill the same champ for stacks and one champion will only give one stack in a game)
White Wolf: Each individual Champion he kills will permanently shorten the cool down on Twin Wolves by .75 seconds (3.75 seconds at max stacks)
Black Wolf: Each individual Champion he kills will permanently increase the damage by 35 (With the same scaling as his normal Black Wolf attack)
E - Fang, Claw, and Howl (Toggle Ability) (1st Toggle: Fang) This skill is possessed by Tengri from level 1. Tengri uses his sword to fight (2nd Toggle: Claw) Tengri must have at least 1 point in this skill to activate it. Tengri switches from his sword to his lance, gaining 100 bonus attack range while losing 25% attack speed (3rd Toggle: Howl) Tengri must have at least one stack of his passive to use this skill. Tengri switches from a lance to a bow (gaining 600 total attack range) and arrow, and each arrow costs 1 stack of his passive. (Cannot proc passive)
R - Final Predecessors Tengri's last ancestors comes to aid him in battle. 2 Wolf spirits appear to either side of Tengri that empower his Q by 35/75/150 AD. The wolves can also be launched one at a time by pressing R again. They run in a straight line, killing any minions and slowing the first enemy champion they hit for 99% for 3 seconds. If both wolves hit the same target, the target will be suppressed for 2 seconds. Each wolf deals 150/250/350 (+ 30% AD) (50% damage reduction on the second wolf if it hits the same champ as the first)
The suppression deals 150/250/350 (+ 50% AD) per second for 2 seconds
