[Client] Chat service isn't working after the server change.

A little while after the servers moved from Seattle to Chicago, my chat service has stopped working. Now I can't invite my friends or be invited (No party IP for me T-T). I also can't talk during Champion select, so I cant even play solo queue anymore because I can't call a lane. I want to know what I can do to fix this because I have been reading every forum and complaint discussion about this and nothing is working.
