Nekron, The Dragon's Sword

In the days of old, when dragons were numerous in the world,there were great wars between men and the dragons.The war had waged on for centuries,the humans getting weaker and weaker and the dragons were finally getting the upper hand.But the dragon, Urlanok, thought the war should have ended centuries back,in fact he believed it should have never started, and he also pitied the humans for there was more than hate and strife,there was intelligence and love. So he went to a human village and asked for the most powerful knights the village had.Twenty men i shining armor showed up in a line,and Urlanok had carefully investigated each and everyone, and when it was time to choose, he didn't pick any of them.He picked a small farm boy,and his name was Nekron. Urlanok trained Nekron in the art of the dragons, and two decades later, Nekron had mastered the way of the dragons,called The Burning Arts. It was hard to master for he was human,but he figured out a way he could use it. And when he finished Urlanok blessed him with the gift of dragons, he could live forever but his visage was changed, he seemed to have slits for pupils,and his skin turned a greenish tint and was tougher than normal skin. The tides had turned with Nekron on the front lines,and after fifty years the humans had one the war. Nekron in the end had not changed at all, in complexion,but his temper grew fiery as if he was always angry,and he grew more and more mercilles over the centuries.But now he has heard of another dragon, Shyvana, and he has come to the league to finish what he was trained for,to kill all the remaining dragons that he has been hunting for centuries.

Passive: Dragon's Burn- Every third attack applies a burn dealing 20/25/30/35/40/45 magic damage per second for five seconds. Dragon's Burn can stack up to four times.

Q: Burning Slice- Neckron's next basic deals 30/50/70/90/110 + 100% physical of Attack Damage (physical damage) and applies a stack of Dragon's Burn. It also adds too the stacks for another burn because it counts as another basic attack, applying on hit effects. Cool Down 10/9/8/7/6 seconds

W: Dragon Skin- Neckron gains 10/20/30/40/50 bonus armor and magic resist for 6/7/8/9/10 seconds. If the enemy unit attacks you five times while this is active a stack of Dragon's Burn is applied to them. Cool Down 15/14/12/11/10

E: Fire Blade- Neckron infuses his sword with fire, dealing an extra 40/50/60/70/80 (physical damage) each auto attack as well as 5/10/15/20/25 extra damage each auto attack for how many stacks of Dragon's Burn the target has on them. Lasts 4/5/6/7/8 seconds. Cool Down 15/13.5/12/10.5/9

R: Fire Mastery- Neckron gains 70%/80%/90% attack speed and the amount of Dragon's Burn stacks on a target is doubled too 8 and burn damage is increased by 10/20/30 and every auto attack applies a stack of burn and gets an aura where every two seconds if an enemy unit is within a certain range for 2 seconds they are applied with a stack of Dragon's Burn and if enemies have 8 stacks of Dragon's Burn they are slowed for 20%/30%/40%. Lasts 8/10/12 seconds. Cool Down 80/70/60 seconds.
