Here is a new champion design i thought of, think of him looking like Meliodas from seven deadly sins. his abilities are as following. He wields no weapons except a curse by the original creators of the universe to wield all good and all evil. His base health is 570 and his base mana is 370.

(Angel form)

Q - He pushes wind forward slowing enemy's and dealing Magical Damage. (60 mana at level 1) W- He does a sweep/slash combo attack. First he sweeps knocking minions / jg camps to the side and champions less. After sweeping he throws out a Slash attack which does Magic damage healing from damage dealt. (80 mana at level 1) E- He takes out his wings and he does a dash forward knocking enemy's to the side while after the dash ends turning invisible for 0.3 seconds If enemy's are behind him they get knocked back. (90 mana at level 1) R- Switches between Demon and Angel Form. (No Cost) (20sec CD)

(Demon Form) Q - He throws a spike of infested Demon goo that does AD damage and slows enemy's for 0.7 seconds. (60 mana at level 1) W - He throws an AOE ball (looks kind of like neeko Q) Rooting people for 0.8 seconds and inflicting +20% bonus AD damage to the rooted enemy's. If he damages any of the enemy's for 50% of the health they had before getting rooted he gets a dash from 700 units (doesnt have to be on a champion). (80 mana at level 1) E - He Jumps to any enemy dealing AD damage And healing for 30% of damage dealt, and when recast on any enemy he fears them for 2 seconds. (70 mana at level 1) R- Switches between Demon and Angel Form. (No Cost) (20sec CD)

Hum.

In general he has way too many cc and mobility. I also suggest changing one of his cc/mobility ability to a skill shot, since right now he just jumps on you and you're dead.

Having a passive is also quite important, perhaps make him gain some bonus stats while in different forms?

I'm gonna have to write this in a way I can unclutter it at the same time. First of all, I will say I do like the concept quite a bit, and I love that anime. Secondly, don't take any of what I'm about to say as me believing you've failed. This is lengthy, but that's because there are a lot of small pieces to this kit, which goes to show the amount of detail you put into this even without including stats. All of this is opinion and suggestion, not "Reyn's Guide To Making Your Own Concept," so we're clear. :P

  • Both Q abilities are pretty basic, but not bad or unflavorful, so I'll just call them ok. Basic is not bad. it's a very easy way to shift things for balance, and tbh, every champion should have at least one super basic thing to give that opening to, so don't read "basic" to mean I don't think much of it. I will, in particular, tip my hat to separating them by making one deal AP damage and one deal AD damage.

  • I like the angelic W. The demonic W is sort of overloaded. I like the root effect, but the rest seems a bit overbearing. I'll get into why I'm suggesting this next change in a moment, but my suggestion is to take the healing element from his demonic E and transfer it to your W in the form of a mark. Like so: "Dolan launches an orb that detonates in a target area, rooting enemies for 0.8s and marking them for 3s. basic attacks detonate the mark, dealing bonus magic damage and healing Dolan for 100% of the bonus damage dealt." I'll get into why I suggest magic damage in a minute as well, but this way, your healing effects are lined up on your W in both forms and your CC effect is also lined up on both forms.

  • Angelic E's stealth seems pretty much inconsequential. since his W also has effects to knock people around, I don't think this needs the cc effect either. There are a lot of other options to take here...but I think the one I'd like to see is a dash to an ally that gives them a HealOverTime effect. he has a fair amount of damage and mobility already, as well as a boatload of crowd control. It'd make the most sense to limit some of that mobility to allies in order to help with balance. And obviously, with a heal effect, scale it with AP, requiring you to build for it instead of it just being accidentally ridiculous.

  • Demonic E, if you want to take my suggestion, you can actually have quite a bit of fun with. You can make it a pretty fast dash that targets one enemy, puts you behind them (think Kat) and fears them on arrival. This pushes them towards your team and gives you a solid engage tool without making it deal a bunch of damage to everything. Since you already have 4 abilities that deal aoe damage, this doesn't really get hurt being changed to single target, and allows you to make it more reliable (and therefore more potent) without compromising balance. It also gives you combo potential: Demon mode E in, drop your load, change to Angel form and Jump to an ally to leave, using your angel kit to further peel your way out.

  • As Gil said, you're missing a Passive ability, which is a very important aspect of any champion. it can be as simple as "whenever you switch forms, gain this bonus, and then have this smaller, more passive bonus depending on which form you're in." I'd personally suggest your passive bonuses as bonus health/mana regen in angel form and bonus damage in demon form, to fit your aesthetic. For the more interactive version, I'd give it some thought. Or, you can take the passive in another way entirely...all of this is suggestion and analysis, after all.

  • Now, for my finale. The reason I suggest some things (specifically your Demonic W) deal magic damage instead of physical is threefold. One, it helps with balance by making certain things naturally weaker when you're building a certain way instead of having to play with damage ratios and stats until the end of time. Secondly, it gives you those options, which are very nice to have in form change champions. Enemies all stacking armor in fear of you? Build full AP and watch them cry when you not only still deal decent damage, but are now healing your tank for 15% of their max HP on your way out. Building MR? make yourself the murder machine and slaughter everyone. Plus, Guinsoo's just seems fun on this guy. Lastly, it's aesthetics: certain things that look like magic and behave like magic should scale like magic. :P

This was a bit lengthy, but I'm hoping a more detailed analysis gives you some ideas and more insight on balance and all the possible ways you can take such a kit to new heights with.
