PBE and blue essence?

Hello there So i just got my PBE account and started playing so i made the mistake of thinking my BE was infinite which is apparently not the case. I read another discussion where it said it would top up every 24 hours but thats not happening either. so now i spent my BE assive its nothing and only hae 1647 left... is it a glitch and will it top back up to 20000 soon or do i have to do something else?

Only RP resets everyday. You get BE by leveling up and disenchanting shards. The 20000 BE was a one time thing to purchase runes when the old runes came back for a weekend.
