Suggestion for Fail artist who cant draw female champs like they are ment to be drawn

it's painfully obvious that your artist only knows how to draw females one way. They have draw about 4 different females champs almost the same way.

This is my suggestion. Make a plastic figure of all the females champs from the original artwork and set them around the fail artist desk. so when you ask them to make a skin for a female champ they have a reference to work with by picking it up and looking at it.
