Police Man Rammus

I haven't drawn it yet but I have an idea for police officer , I was thinking his Q would be a siren like when a police car has it's siren on, and he would have a sheriff like badge on his chest to replace his armour, his W could be a bullet proof vest or flak jacket or something along those lines, I am still thinking about his E and R though, feel free to draw this or add anything in the comments because I think this would be an amazing skin, it could be released for halloween or april fools if that isn't to close; or if they make some more police skins to go with vi and cait.
