Ultimate Zilean Skin Concept: Shattered Time Zilean

Now, hear me out on this one.

Imagine a skin for Zilean in which time is so broken that the skin has the ability to re-texture the summoners rift map. It'd be toggle-able like the DJ Sona music, and would have some variety. It'd change both his skin as well as the map. It'd be a one time choice at the start of the map, but because the entire map changing mid-game would probably be an issue.

Think time travel. Imagine going onto the rift using this skin, and choosing what time period that you want the match to take place in. You start the game and decide that you want the match to take place in a Western themed map, there you go. Same with maybe a Futuristic theme or the classic blood moon map.

What do you think? I feel like this could be so epic as an ultimate skin, modifying the entire map.

As much as i like this i doubt it will be a thing due to bugs etc each patch or each time they do a themed map update. I was thinking something along the lines of the bombs being glitched or something or maybe a glitch looking summoner spell icon.
