Minions Cheering for KDA Skins

Can we always have minions cheer if you are playing as a K/DA skin? Maybe at least for the prestige edition Kai-sa so it's more than just a special "chroma"? I just thought it would be cool to see it and would be very similar to how star-guardian skins play their theme at the beginning (except K/DA gets minions cheering).

I want to have the minions always cheer as you enter rift and have it be a permanent feature of the game.

It gives you the ego boost.
