(As I was going over his Kit again, I realized the the Flawed Prototype subtitle made no god damn sense. So that has been changed. I'm sorry to those who have already seen this, I am an indecisive jackass.) With the edgy lore and champions that have been released for "good" nations, I thought I would show some of the good sides of typically "evil" nations. I also figure its bot lanes turn for a new champion, so here is my idea for a unique ADC, one that works on a charge system (Is kinda similar to my Urgot rework, but I made some strides since then). Also, with Camille coming from Piltover, I think a visit from our good friends in Zuan would be nice and there are far too few robot champions in the game.

Z.P.U., Zuan Protectorate Unit

Stats 1-18 Health: 545-1985 (+80 per level) Attack Damage: 57-102 (+2.5 per level) Attack Speed- 0.660-1.015 (+2.99% per level) Movement Speed- 330 Health Regen- 6.25-17.05 per second (+0.6 per level) Armor- 22.95-81.45 (+3.25 per level) Magic Resist- 30 Range- 575

Passive: http://imgur.com/g2KbaUK Imperfect Core- Z.P.U. works on a charge system where his autoattacks build up pips for him to use. It is 2 autos a charge, with a max of 10 charges. Charges also effect his gun, giving him 2/4/6/8% extra attack speed for every charge. (Nothing too big, just a steroid and a reason to hold on to charges)

Units hit are slowed by 20/25/30/35/40% for 2 seconds. Can hold two missiles. There is a 0.5 second delay between each missile launch. Cost: 2 charges. Range: 650 Cooldown: 13/12/11/10/9 seconds. (A decent tool for poking, kiting, and chasing)

W: http://imgur.com/sl3XcLh Scout Protocol-Z.P.U. sends his head to an area to scout out an area within 4000 units. Reveals enemies in a small area for 4/5/6/7/8 seconds and is invincible but can be countered by a control ward. Cost: Free Cooldown: 65/60/55/50/45 seconds. (Is basically a blue ward in an ability, which is way more useful then it sounds at first. This allows you to see where the enemy team might be, if the jungler is bot side, if they are in dragon pit, etc. And yes, he is shown without a head while this ability is in use.)

Knocks himself back 200 units. All enemies caught in the blast are knocked to the edge of cone. Range: 300 Width:50 Cost: 6 charges. Cooldown: 20/18/16/14/12 seconds. (This gives Z.P.U. some Kite and a self-peel, but just enough to maybe save his circuits. However, the high cost of the spell, plus the long cooldown make it more of a last ditch effort.)

During this time, his passive attack speed is doubled, and he gains 25/35/45 AD. Range: None Cost: None Cooldown: 90 seconds (I had a tough time nailing this ultimate down, about whether it would overpowered or not, but I think I found a nice balance between usability and fun. Visually, his gun and chest catch fire when this is activated.)

Edit 1, 12/24 (We can rebuild him): Passive, W, and Ultimate reworked. Q and E number changes. Edit 2, 12/25 (A fresh coat of paint): Oh boy, some pictures. I once again reworked the Ult, but that is about it. Edit 3, 12/26 (Payload Upgrade):Numbers recrunched on Q, it kinda sucked dick. Edit 4, 12/27 (Origin Story): Lore just got heavily expanded, and we are on a new page boys. Edit 5, 12/27 (Fire The Cannons!): Alright, after some review, I (again) reworked the ultimate. So, now we have the first ADC with a long range AoE ultimate. E also had its knockback reduced. Stat wise, health per level dropped by 5 and he no longer gains any magic resist. To composate, he was give 25 more range. Edit 6 12/28 (Hitting it Big): Z.P.U. has been entered into the CCOS, and I provided links to it and everyone in it. I also prettied up the kit by putting it in a box. Also, for those of you who hate math, level 18 stats are now shown. Edit 7 12/31 (HAPPY NEWYEARS): Ult was changed back to a steroid and the Q had some minor changes. E cooldown is up by 2 seconds at all ranks. Edit 8 1/8 (New Tools): Passive received alittle buff. Q is higher at lower ranks, but lower at higher ranks, with the scaling down. Also the slow on Q has been upped, but range is down. W is now free and has a lower cooldown. E gives more everything now. Ult is set a 100 seconds.

Lore After Jayce destroyed the Crystal Viktor had stolen from him, the shockwave dashed them against the walls, as his automatons collapsed marionette with their strings cut. Realizing that he could never make it to the door, Viktor dropped one of his newest inventions at his feet, the gravity field, closed his eyes, and hoped. As he spent the next couple of hours working to increase the power of the field to push the rubble off of him, he took note of what else lay inside with him. There were 5-6 shards of the Crystal, the largest only being the size of half his palm, and only holding a faint glow of power. Another was most of the upper half of one of the automatons, sans left arm, and with a massive hole blown through the chest cavity. For what may have been the first time in Viktor’s life, he realized that he may not be able to complete his revolution alone. He needed allies.

He spent the next month’s rebuilding the power within the crystals, furthering his own studies, and founding an asylum for the sick and the poor, while performing vital surgeries to save lives. If he could get to the hearts and the minds of the people, his revolution could begin anew. It was during this time that he invented the Zaun Protectorate Unit from the only surviving automaton from the lab, using the largest piece of the Crystal to fuel the robot, while adding other functions such as a deployable UAV as the head, replacing the left arm with a rivet gun used from the dock worker platform, and an openable chest cavity to unleash a missile barrage. He programmed a personable attitude within the robot so that it would not frighten the people, making it to state its emotion before its primary sentence, while mapping out routes that the robot could take so that it could both protect his people and deliver him new test subjects.

Patrol Report #257 Heavy steps rang out on the darkened street as servos whined with effort, before gears finally grinded to a halt. A smaller organic, scans indicated female, augmented with a robotic arm, was pinned by the throat by a larger organic, as another stood off to the side, leering. Scans indicated both larger organics were male, and also inebriated. Scans of the area detect a heighten amount of pheromones, often released during organic breeding. Running Subroutine M0R4L.exe… Activity: Illegal… Power To Rivet Gun: Operational… Rivets: 24… Core Power: 70%... Total Time Taken To Asses Situation: 0.003 seconds... “AUTHORITATIVELY. HALT.” The males turn towards my chassis in 0.24 seconds, 41% slower than average human reaction time. “What you gonna do tincan?” slurs the male holding the female by the throat. 5 seconds of silence pass. Begin C0MB4T.exe… Threat Level: 2… Force Is Authorized… “RESIGNED. I HAVE GIVEN YOU FAIR WARNING. USE OF FORCE IS REQUIRED”. The first organic tries to form a word, but instead screams as a 1.725-inch rivet, heated to 6725 Kelvin, pierces his right leg at the knee cap. His right arm is then grabbed, with a force of 350 kilograms, and he is dragged away from the female organic. The second male pulls out a pistol, and takes 3 shots at my chassis, in a futile effort to hinder me. The shots could however ricochet and hit the female organic. Threat Level: 4… Deadly Force Is Authorized… The second male takes 3 rivets in total, 2 to the chest where the heart is located, and 1 to the skull where the brain stem is located. Scans indicate that all shots hit their mark, and he collapses lifelessly to the ground. Total Time Elapsed: 9.483 seconds… Threat: Contained… Rivet Gun: Offline… Rivets: 20… Core Power: 65%... Begin COMFRT.exe... “KINDLY. DO YOU REQUIRE MEDICAL ASSISTANCE?” The female shakes her head silently at me, in the human gesture for no. It appears she is in shock. “SATISFIED. IF YOU DO REQUIRE REPAIRS THERE IS A CLINIC WITHIN 0.025 KILOMETERS OF HERE DUE NORTH EAST.” During the time I was speaking with the female, it seems the other male passed out from the pain. Excellent, it is easier to carry unconscious organics. Creator Viktor will be most pleased to have another test subject. End Patrol Report #257.

I really like his W ability! When it activates it does he lose vision where he is and does he become immobile?

The dates for the CCOS have been extended, so you now have much more time to do whatever it is you need to do - edit your concept, enter a new one, what have you.

Let’s do a little reviewing.

I’d consider making it 3%/4%/5%/6%/7%, as 1% per charge is going to never feel noticeable early. Also, given that it is 2 autos a charge, I’d suggest making it a 20 charge cap, and just making each auto give 1 charge, and doubling all other Charge costs/gains elsewhere where appropriate (including making the attack speed a bonus per 2 charges).

Q If it can hold 2 Missiles, it’s on a charge system. What’s the cooldown between casting each charge? (Ala Vel W, Rumble E) Also, why does it slow 5%/5%/10%/10%/20%? That’s an odd scaling, and it’s going to barely be noticable before rank 5. (Also how long does it last? 2 seconds? 4?)

W: So… it’s like Ashe Hawkshot E? Does his model lose its head temporarily or until the cd is up? That’s kinda funsy either way. I’d consider lowering the Charge cost on this, as the hefty cooldown is cost enough I’d say. Ashe hawkshot costs ‘no’ mana, for example.

E: This ability at rank 1 costs 6 charges… and deals less damage than an autoattack. The 200 range dash is small, I’d say this ability could be tuned up a fair amount. Definitely give it at least 80 damage base at rank 1. Rank 5 can be whatever damage, but I think this needs to do more than 20 damage, especially if it consumes 6 charges.

R: This slants him towards the Marksman direction, giving him a pretty serious AS buff and AD steroid. I do think he doesn’t have quite enough tools to function as a Marksman without the ult, however, and the ult is a long cooldown to pop.

Looking at his design… he’s kind of functioning as a cross between a Marksman (since he has mild at best utility/CC/tank steroids) and a burst mage that falls off a cliff after lvl 9 (abusing the obnoxious 350+110%BAD double-tap base on Q).

I’d say choose Marksman or Burst, slant the design a little more towards that role, and give him another measure to function in that role.

Perhaps lower the damage on his Q (350+110% Bonus AD is kind of high), and give him some kind of autoattack steroid against targets that’ve been hit by Q recently? Something like automatic minicrits for 110%/120%/130%/140%/150% damage? I’m not sure.
