Amaru, The Young Dragon
This champion will be a young version of a dragon. This will explain the smaller size of the champion (compared to dragon buffs), and the lore.

R (Ultimate) - Raining Fire - Press R once, and Amaru will fly straight up and hover in a stationary spot for 3 seconds. This gives Amaru vision over a small radius around Amaru, so he can see over obstacles. Then, Move your cursor over a spot within the radius, and press R a second time, and Amaru will fly to that spot and spit fire all across the ground as he flies. Amaru will fly over any obstacles in it's path, and rain down fire along the way. This creates Area of Effect Damage to all champions in it's path.
E - Dragon's Flight - Amaru will fly to the designated spot on the map, within the radius. The radius gets bigger the more this ability is leveled up. Amaru can fly over obstacles. Yes Aurelion Sol has similar to this, but he's an ancestor to all dragons so it's okay to have this.
W - Tail Spin - Amaru will spin in place one time, and swing his powerful tail, dealing damage and knocking back all enemies in front of him. This is a good combo to use with his R Ultimate. When you use your Ultimate, you fly over enemies raining down fire, and when you land behind them, you can combo and use the W tail spin to knock them back towards your teammates. It can also be used as an escape when enemies are chasing you.
Q - Fireball - Amaru will spit a single fireball at a designated location. This is a ranged skillshot. Maybe it can add a special burning effect for 2 or 3 seconds.
Passive - Dragon's Greed - Amaru's power grows as he earns more Gold. Gain extra Ability Power for every 1000 Gold earned. This is a permanent boost as Amaru hoards more Gold. The more Gold that Amaru earns, the stronger his power grows.
