Can someone explain to me the "Keep everyone at 50% Win/Loss" algorithm ?

Here is proof of 4 of my past 5 games. Literally nothing I could do, multiple feeders and losing lanes in every single one of these games.

I'm on a losing streak due to this.

How does this work?

Is RIOT intentionally giving me terrible players and placing them in higher ELO to make me lose and keep me at 50%?

Or what is going on? How does it work?

As you win, your elo rises so you get matched with and against better players. After you get to the rank you belong, your winrate in theory should trend towards 50%. Obviously this only applies in the longrun and the vast majority of players aren't at 50%

The idea is that when you are at your adequate skill level (elo) it’ll be a coin toss, tho like u said I’m clueless as to how they do it.

There isnt one. As you approach your true MMR a 50% win rate occurs naturally.

That's an incredibly self-centered way of thinking. No, there's no conspiracy, riot isn't predicting players are going to feed, and they aren't putting them in games above their skill level just to make sure you lose.

Ideal matchmaking would give everyone an equal chance of winning or losing, so if the system were working properly and everyone was at the same skill level, every game would be a coin flip. Streaks are natural when there's a 50/50 chance of either outcome happening.

Its crazy how people just assume everything should just always work perfectly for them because they are just gods gift to the world how dare Riots matchmaking give you a bad game those darn evil doers i tell you. grow the fuck up...
