A question about switching lanes, now with the new lane system.

The new positional ranked system is discouraging some players from switching lanes.

For example, if the enemy team switches Top/Mid to avoid a counter-pick ... but your teammate refuses to switch because of LP gain at his position. Some people will refuse to switch because they want to gain LP at their queued position. So only 1 team will switch, and the other won't. This just happened to me in a Ranked game.

You seem to be describing a system that disproportionately rewards players for courteously communicating in the pre-game to make a decision that's mutually beneficial for the team.

I am fine with this.
