Mana Manipulating Champion,

This is my first champion concept, I don't have lore or story, or aesthetic, or like animation ideas for any of it, instead I decided I wanted to play around with an idea for a tanky, mana dependent mage.... now this may sound familiar.. cough ryze cough but I assure you this concept is not in similar to Ryze, while I agree that lore and aesthetic are important parts of every champion i wanted moreso to play around with interesting synergies and ability concepts then I dd wanting to fit a specific kit on to a poorly written box of lore.

Base Stats: Health- 100-1000 Health regen- 3-15 Mana- 450-1500 Mana Regen- 7-20 Melee- 125 Attack Damage- 55-110 Attack Speed 0.63 (+0%-+27%) Armor 30-60 MR 30 Move Speed 340

Passive: On abilities cast, and basic attacks, an amount of mana is regenerated equal to one quarter of all lifesteal healing, and one half all spell vamp healing, in other words if you have 50 percent spell vamp, and do 100 damage with an ability, you heal 50 hp as usual, and then regenerate 25 mana

Q: Range: 900 Mana cost 80/90/100 cooldown 7 line attack Causes mana damage in a line, this mana damage procs spell vamp (20/25/30/40/50 +10%/10%/10%/10%/25% ability power damage to enemy champions mana)

W: Range 1000 Toggle, 1 second delay before toggling, 30/29/28/25/20 mana per second. Passive: When enemy champions withing 500 range activate spells or abilities they take true damage equal to ten percent of the abilities mana cost

Active: While W is active whenever an enemy champion within range would activate a spell or ability, teleport to the side of that champion closest to you silencing them for 1/1/1/1/2 seconds and increasing all effected enemy champions cool downs by 1, upon teleporting toggle is turned off, and is reset to a cooldown of 10/10/10/10/7 seconds

E: Range 800 Mana cost 90/100/110/130/150 cooldown 7/6/5 target ability Passive: Any damage that would happen to you while you are below one hundred health, is redirected to dealing said damage to your mana, this includes all forms of damage including true damage

Active: upon activating e, e is channeled for five seconds, preventing you from auto attacking, but not from casting spells or abilities, at the end of the channel deal magic damage equal to mana lost over the last five seconds, including mana cost of this ability +50% ability power

R: Range 125 Mana Cost 0 Cooldown 100 target ability

Passive: Your basic attacks have a 5% mana burn (5% of your base attack damage is dealt to enemies mana)

Active: Target enemy champion takes damage equal to 90% of their missing mana+80%ap

So yeah... sorry this guy has like four passives and is probably either insanely overpowered or underpowered, but I think it would be cool to have a champion that plays with peoples mana
