Does Riot Understand their fanbase?
Look at the nemesis draft splash, now look at the champions on the teams, now play nemesis draft, what do you see? Definitely not what is depicted there XD

personally, I think this is an experiment. They plan to look at the highest ban rates so they can rework garbage champs.
