I was reading Rammus' lore story and it was talking about a caravan being attacked by Kmiros, I haven't seen them mentioned in any other stories, and google has shown me nothing, is there any other knowledge on these Shuriman beasts?

Kmiro's are big beetle like creature that attack people, implying they multiply fast and seek more territory. Rammus just rolled on them and ate them more breakfast.
