New ADC Champ Idea

With all the beef about ADCs being no skill champs, all just right click, i thought of a Champ that will be unique for the marksman role. I haven't looked into the dmg and cd for the abilities but the essence of the champ i was thinking of someone militaristic like capt. price or someone like that.

Passive- auto attack fire straight ahead of himself hitting the first person (kind of like a Lucian q but hit only the first person sand like a 600 unit max range also can only be applied to in-front of him)

Q- throws a small grenade at target location dealing x amount of dmg (was thinking like Heimerdinger e but smaller effect range)

W- champ can auto attack in any direction regardless where he is facing (passive just directed anywhere)

E- (active) for 6 secs champ has bonus move speed when he is running away from enemy champs. (Vayne passive in reverse)

R- calls in an air strike at current location and after 3 seconds deals massive amount of damage to everyone caught in it (basically the reverse of Kindred ult but with the delay of Taric r )

Willing to hear other suggestions [slayer-jinx-wink]

well the idea isnt bad but it sorta sound like gp for ult and the grenade and there isnt really anything that riot can do to make this a more unique champ but likr you said its just ideas [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]

I'd need to see the ratios and cooldown on W to really get this champ, so I'll just keep it brief for now. The abilities should be reordered: W should be Q (spammable basic skillshot), E should be W (passive-ish escape option), Q should be E (high precision skillshot). The passive should have slightly higher damage and longer range to compensate for the fact that it is a skillshot.

Thematically, this Soldier-76-ish character has potential but not enough ties to the League universe: I can't quite picture where he should go, perhaps a piltie/demacian cannon soldier?

In addition, the skillshots are too easy to dodge and don't have enough "skill" involved because, unlike a skillshot, you can't lead the shot, aim it carefully, or shoot towards unseen enemies. Here's an old concept of mine that explores the same idea of a skillshot-based ADC, maybe you can take some inspiration from it/improve on it with your idea. I love the idea behind your concept, so let's help each other in developing the best skillshot-based ADC ever :D
