Will we ever see YouTuber/Twitch Streamer skins?

Its undeniable, that Streamers and YouTubers are a big part of the League community. I was wondering if Riot would ever consider making some skins in regards to them. They could be like the SKT skins, with champions dressed up with the symbol of the Streamer/YouTuber. Or they could be more subtle homages, something like Elderwood Velkoz, for Sp4zie. Just a thought.

I want a jeremy-skin for twitch, where everytime he breaks out of stealth to attack someone he says 'hey guys its me jeremy'
