[CAC] Introducing the Create - A - Champion Project!

Hello Summoners! (Idc if they've been rectoned, summoners sounds better) Welcome to the beginnings of the Create - A - Champion project!

The Create - A -Champion project, which is inspired by the Create - A - Pokemon project over on the Smogon forums, will be a community based champion creation process. Every part of the champion will be submitted by the comunity and voted on by the community.

The champion's role, kit concept (will be explained), PQWER, and lore will all be submitted and voted on. The top 5 most upvoted submissions will be voted on when the time frame for submissions ends. The time frames will be anounced when I begin to accept submissions. Note that there will be seperate posts for each part of the champion, and a final post for the complete champions.
