ACUNIT (acoo-nit) The Hexbot

ROLE: Acunit is a mage that deals a combination of steady DPS and short bursts of damage. He can be played mid as a typical mage (max Q 1st and build full AP) or bot as an alternative to an ordinary marksman (max W 1st and build attack-speed and AP).

Two-hundred years in the future...

Noxus rules most of Runeterra with an iron fist. They had, over decades, taken control using politics and the Institute of War itself. War was once more conducted on a battlefield. Not with swords and armor, but with technology that was far more advanced than the simple Hextech machinery of today.

Fighting against the Noxians was a small band of the Demacian fighters remaining from The Great Battle, in which, the Noxians finally took control of Demacia's capital. However, they knew that they could not win. They were stalling. Stalling for the completing of a fully sentient HexBot that they would sent back in time to stop the Noxians before they even began. By the time the HexBot, dubbed Acunit (the Advanced Combat Unit), was finally finished, the Noxians had already discovered the resistance's secret and were at their doorstep. As the Noxians obliterated the rebel base and disintegrated the Demacian forces, they were able to rush Acunit through the time portal.

The Institute of war was at first very reluctant. But, after Acunit gave his story and a "demonstration of force" they allowed him to join the League of Legends. Now he fights to stop Noxus' future plans and to defend Runterra from whatever other threats that may appear.

Abilities:

  • Passive: item 3341 Advanced Protocol

    • Hex Vision: Acunit's sensors reveal enemy champions in front of him in an area as long as they stay in the area. (Must be toggled by a Capacitor and counts as true sight) Sight Cone Min Width: 150 Sight Cone Max Width: 400 Sight Cone Length : 800
    • Capacitor: Acunit starts with a Capacitor item 2003 that can be upgraded.
    • Acunit also gains benefits based on how many stacks of Static Energy he has. (25 = +2% Movement Speed) (50 = +10% Attack Speed) (75 = Shield that absorbs 100 + 10% AP damage. Shield regenerates over 3 seconds while out of combat) (100 = Basic attacks have a 20% to stun enemies. Champions cannot be stunned more than once within 8 seconds)
  • Build Path: Capacitor + 400 gold = Capacitor (Power Level 1) + item 1052 + 175 gold = Capacitor (Power Level 2) + item 1058 + 405 gold = Max Capacitor

    • Capacitor: +6% CDR Unique PASSIVE: Acunit generates 1 stack of Static Energy every .20 seconds if he is not in combat with a champion (Max: 100) and 25 stacks of Static Energy every second while at spawn.
    • Capacitor (PL1): +10 AP, +6% CDR Unique PASSIVE: Acunit generates 1 stack of Static Energy every .20 seconds if he is not in combat with a champion (Max: 100) and 25 stacks of Static Energy every second while at spawn.
    • Capacitor (PL2): +60 AP, +6% CDR Unique PASSIVE: Acunit generates 1 stack of Static Energy every .20 seconds if he is not in combat with a champion (Max: 100) and 25 stacks of Static Energy every second while at spawn.
  • Max Capacitor: +120 AP, +6% CDR Unique PASSIVE: Acunit generates 1 stack of Static Energy every .20 seconds if he is not in combat with a champion (Max: 100) and 25 stacks of Static Energy every second while at spawn.

  • Q: item 3145 Apex Cannon

    • Acunit charges a massive cannon for one second and then fires, dealing 10/20/30/40/50 (+50% AP) (+1/1/1.5/2/2 damage per stack of Static Energy) magic damage instantly, then, 10/15/20/25/30 (10% AP) magic damage each second for 5 seconds to enemies caught in the blast. The channel can be stopped by moving or cc.
    • cost: 60/70/80/90/100 mana and 50% of Static Charge stacks

  • W: item 3087 Railgun

    • Passive: Acunit energizes his railgun in between attacks, making his basic attacks deal magic damage instead of physical damage and scale off of 50% (- 2% per 10% bonus attack speed) of his AP.
    • Active: Acunit supercharges his next basic attack, giving it a 1.5 second delay and making it deal 60/70/80/90/100 (+80% AP) bonus magic damage.

  • E: item 3401 Electromagnetic Gaurd

    • Acunit activates and raises his shield, blocking all damage from a direction for 4/5/6/7/8 seconds. While his shield is up, if Acunit activates an ability (summoner spells don't count) he automatically lowers his shield. His attack speed is also lowered to .50 while he has his shield up. (Only blocks tower damage if the tower is at least 500 units away)

  • R: item 3069 Assault Mode

    • Acunit transforms in a massive laser turret, gaining 1200 range, becoming immobile, and becoming unable to cast Electromagnetic Gaurd. His basic attacks also deal 150/200/250 (+50% AP) bonus AoE magic damage for the duration of Hex Revolution. Hex Revolution lasts until Acunit runs out of mana or Assault mode is reactivated.
    • cost: 5/10/15 mana per second and 10 mana per basic attack
    • cooldown: 30 seconds
    • cast time: 1.5 seconds

  • Quotes Taunt: The might of the future is behind me! Joke: PREPARE TO DIE! AHH! (Overcharges his railgun, and it explodes in his face.)

  • Appearance/Skins Classic: He basically looks like the mech in Titanfall with arms and holding a rail gun (halo reference). Battle Worn Acunit: His metal body has scratches on it and is a little rusted. His energy shield flickers when he activates it, and sparks come out of him when he activates his ult. Riot Acunit: his shield is a riot shield and he holds it while it isn't raised. He also plants his shield into the ground when he ults.
