Should we add a "Tavern Brawl" to LoL?

So I play Hearthstone and I was playing the most recent Tavern Brawl when I thought about something... What if LoL got a Tavern Brawl too?

For those who dont play HS, Tavern Brawl is basically a game mode which is released again each week. Each time there are a new set of unusual rules that make for an interesting gameplay experience...

I think this would be a fun thing for Riot to get more people interested because I personal am getting disenchanted with the normal LoL experience...

They could do things like U.R.F or One for All, or they could even take suggestions from Boards.

Hearthstone unique game modes require MUCH less system-level coding than a new League game mode would. I don't see this being feasible for Riot, or being a particularly productive use of their rather limited dev time.

They already have game modes, but they only rarely let us play them.

Tavern Brawl is how I get most of those quests for classes I never play.
