Team Fights Tactics - Hextech Origin & Champions

This idea kinda just sprung from the wish that Jinx was in TFT. I thought it would be easy to just say Jinx is a gunslinger. I then thought,

"Hmmm what sub-class would she even have?."

My thought is that they add a Hextech subclass with a passive stacking effect that lets them start with more mana or maybe be something similar to Seraph's ability to gain mana when someone ults since robots already start with full mana. I only have a few character-ideas for the class.

For Jinx she would obviously fit into the Gunslinger role with Hextech. She would use her minigun for basic attacks and her ult would be a 1 rocket auto that hits a target and does damage to adjacent units. The second option would be using zap as an ult and doing damage in a line aimed at the farthest unit away. As a third option similar to Draven she would just trigger "Get Excited" and get bonus attack speed and be a minigun dps monster.

Vi's role other than Hextech would obviously be Brawler. For her ult she can use "Assault and Battery" to rush the farthest unit away. A second option would be having her ult do a hydra effect similar to her E on the next auto. The third kinda iffy option is having her be a long charge like Gnar and use her Q "Vault Breaker" to scatter enemies in a line aiming at the furthest unit.

For Heimerdinger I really don't see him being anything but pure Hextech and Yordle. This smooth operator is gonna chuck wrenches across the map like he is teaching some middle-aged men how to play dodgeball. His ult could be the dreadful Mega Turret of doom being dropped. The second option could just be tossing a stun grenade to the lowest health unit. The last one could be him bonking an enemy with a big wrench but it would be more realistic for it to be him dropping 3 baby turrets once per battle like Elise's spider babies.

I kinda wanted to use Jayce as a 4th but I couldn't think of a sub and Caitlyn would just be another Gunslinger. Let us get creative with Camille even though I know her popularity is a little underrated right now. She would be a Blademaster/Assassin & Hextech.(Maybe even all 3 :0) Yes. She has blades on her feet and I can see it being cool. If she has the assassin class she would jump to back lines and cut people up like a rusty pair of scissors. Her ult in an assassin capacity would be similar to Kha'Zix in it being her Q which would do a large chunk of damage to the target she is focused on. As a Blademaster she could "Attack on Titan" around the map and jump to the lowest health unit and do a large chunk of damage. The third one is that she uses her sweeping kick to aoe in front of her and a front liner.

A lot of these ideas were made as I went and vary in quality, so please tell me what you think and unload your own ideas and tweaks. Even tell me about your own favorite champions you want to see represent the techy side of Runeterra. :)
