New Passive for a new tank champion

Not exactly sure where I should of put this but I had the idea of a Tank champion passive like Vladamir. The twist here is, that they gain bonus health based on their Armor and MR, and Bonus Armor and MR based on their health (Does not stack upon itself.) Granted the amount of gain would be small for the Armor and MR but a little better in terms of health gain. Since we seem to be charging into the meta of tanks.
