Which champions actually need a skin?
With the latest skins in development being released on the PBE in the last week, I thought it was a good time to re-visit my list of champions who actually need skins. Looking at these upcoming skins, none of these champions were actually in dire need of a skin unlike a number of other champions. You can argue to some extent that pantheon and olaf could use these skins, but the other 3 are pretty unnecessary.
Unlike those 5 champions (who actually all have at least 1 or more good skins) these champions either have no good skins, no effect changes, up to 4 years since their last skin and more problems: 
Back to these latest releases: akali, olaf and pantheon aren't exactly the most picked champions and neither the most popular/ well known. So Riot obviously don't base their skin making efforts solely on that front, so why do these champions continue to be ignored? At least Yorick is getting a VGU, but that's about it. And it's not like there aren't loads of concepts that would work for these champions such as a certain Dragon Master Swain skin concept left in the dust for years.
Please Riot: give these champions the skins they deserve.
