Faster the mana regen on summoner platform [Suggestion]

Mana takes way too long to regenerate on the summoner platform. By the time I'm done regenerating my mana, well after my health, the manaless Renekton Rengar Yasuo etc. is already halfway to lane. As far as I'm aware (correct me if I'm wrong), there is no significant disadvantage for champions like Riven being manaless. But the disadvantage is there is certainly present when I'm waiting a few extra seconds each back for my mana to come back. A few seconds more on the summoner platform might not seem like much at first: but it adds up.

As such, I suggest increasing mana regen to close the waiting gap between health and mana. If there is a legitimate reason for mana resource champions having to wait that extra time: please let me know so my mind can be at ease.

I think they nerfed mana regen a while ago on purpose, so you couldn't keep going in and out of base to clear waves with mana hungry abilities. It also prevented you from getting to lane as fast.

The former would increase the pace of games, which they were trying to do at that point in time, and the latter is kinda an annoying side effect.

I never understood what exactly mana-less champs give up for being mana-less.

A fed Kat can carry the game like a fed Viktor can etc.

Regenerating my mana on the base has cost me games especially late game. People don't realize the importance of coming to team fights few seconds late. They just blame the team mates for initiating before they could join in without considering the enemy can also initiate.

Mana actually regens at the same rate as HP, the reason it seems slower is because you usually back with less mana than hp like 70% of the time.

Was I the only one who had to research to know that summoner platform meant respawn spot? ;-;

Also, I think that the reason for that minor disadvantage to mana champions is because their abilities are innately a bit stronger than those without mana. So when they back, they need longer to 'recharge' (if that makes sense).

I often wind up walking back before my Mana is full.

Back when we still had the clarity spell, mana reliant champions could keep up fairly well in extended trades, but riot removed it for arbitrary reasons.

I dont see why it's regen. Why isnt it just a instant refill? You either are spawning with full HP, or have already backed and might as well have full HP. What's the point of making you wait? So Draven can pull off cheeky ultimate kills?
