Shen Long Aurelion Sol skin (Dragon Ball skin idea)

Not sure if this has been suggested before (never used these forums/ boards), but even if it has this idea must be reinforced to Riot. We need a Shen Long Aurelion Sol skin based off of the dragon of the same name from the Dragon Ball franchise. This is the perfect character for Sol to masquerade as and would make for an amazing skin.
Model-wise, he would be very similar in looks to that of the iconic dragon (obviously a lot shorter though). Auto attacks would be small basic energy blasts as seen numerous times in the manga/ anime.
Abilities: Passive: Center of the Universe Orbiting him would be 3 dragon balls in place of his stars(everything may or may not be able to be exact due to copyright issues; but as long as it's close enough AKA orange spherical objects).

W: Celestial Expansion His w would be mostly the same; dragon balls expand to outer rim. Could add the additional effect of the dragon balls glowing like they do when in proximity to each other like in the anime.
E: Comet of Legend His e would passively generate a larger, more complete white energy trail as seen in the anime when characters fly at slow/medium speeds. The recall animation would have to be a replica of Shen Long returning to his dragon balls/ being summoned. Aurelion Sol would transform into a pillar of lightning as he descends into a complete set of dragon balls on the ground. Please seriously think about making this skin. Of all the Aurelion Sol skins I could think of; this one fits him perfectly. I'm sure I can speak for all Dragon Ball fans and even Aurelion Sol fans when I say we need this skin to be a thing. Please bump so Riot will notice; every day they don't see this post is another day I'm not shooting across the rift as a long green dragon, incinerating people with my Kamehameha's.
