Currently working on a version where his passive works when he deals damage with his own spells, instead of his enemies when they cast spells which promotes his "all in or reactive style" If you think that would work better, make a comment

Critiscm and Ideas are welcome Champion concept arts are welcome, as i'm bad with art. I will give credit and post in link area if i like it. Champion Notes: A rogueish look akin to ezreal. His right arm glows whiteblue with sharpened claws as fingers. He carries a Dagger in his Left hand (the dagger of skraa) He has a medium ranged basic attack, animation is throwing the dagger at you He has a low base mana pool (400) that should be able to curb his ability to dominate a lane early. His passive is severly reduced vs none magic users, makig them viable counters to him but not impossible to win lane against. Flint is a High risk high reward, All in kind of champ, OR you can play him reactively, dishing out pain when your opponent tries to all in you with Painful compensation. Ive always wanted a Mana Burn Champion, and i feel like flint can pull it off, without unbalancing the Mana system. LORE Flint comes from a city far from the Control of the institute of War and its summoners. His family was murdered by a gang of rogue mages, After much study he traveled far in search of a lost temple, a way to enact vengeance for his slaughtered family. He finally stumbled upon an empty temple. Filled with not but a dagger resting upon a pedestal. Engravings covered the pedestal, speaking of a legendary hunter. Not bothering to read all the engravings, One line caught his eye, and that was all he needed: "he who possesses this dagger, shall possess the power of Skraa." Without hesitation he picked up the dagger, and in a blinding flash of blue light, was changed. He returned to his town, Consumed by his Rage and driven by the Spirit of Skraa. He then turned towards the Institute of war. Magic was dangerous, and The conquest of Skraa was begun anew. KIT

Passive: Skraas rage -Any ability that flint hits an Enemy Champion with Applies 1 stack of Mark Of Skraa. ---- -Enemy champions can have a maximum of 5 stacks. -Stacks fade away every 2 seconds, and fade away faster the more stacks fall off -If an enemy is affected by Mark of Skraa, Any ability they cast will siphon (10%x#of stacks)of the spells COST to Flint over 2 seconds. This Siphon deals magic damage equal to the amount of mana Flint siphons. -Enemies that dont have enough mana or dont use mana take (5%x#of stacks) of the spells cost directly to there health. -Flints abilities deal an extra 1/3/5% (increases every 6 levels) damage per stack on the target -Damaging a champion while they have an active Mark of Skraa stops them from faading away

Q: Painful Compensation (skillshot) Cost: 75/100/125/150/175 Holds Up to 3 charges. Charges return every 18/17/16/15/14 seconds. This charge return is unaffected by CDR. Casting the ability consumes up to 2 charges and can be cast every 12/10/8/6/4 seconds, but will always consume 2 charges if they are available. 1 Charge: Flint fires a bolt forward, and deals 75/150/225/300/350+(0.25xap) damage to the first 2 targets hit and roots them for 0.5/0.75/1/1.25/1.5 seconds, and applying a stack of mark of Skraa. 2 Charges Enemy Champions only suffer the 2nd effect if they are currently affected by a Mark of Skraa, and are the first Enemy Unit the spell hits. For 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds after the root any Spells they cast that deal damage, will backlash and deal magic damage equal to 10/15/20/25/30%+(0.1xAp%) of the spells damage back onto the caster.

W: Empowered Blows Passive: Every 3rd attack on the same target flint applies a stack of Mark of Skraa. Consecutive attacks on the same target require 1 less attack to apply a new stack, for each new stack applied. Active: Flints Consumes 10/15/20/25/30 Magic per basic attack And deals an extra 5/5/10/10/20(# of Mark of Skraas) magic damage when he attacks the same target. While active the 3rd consecutive attack on the same target steals 10/15/20/25/30 mana from the target to flint if available.

E: Skraas Dominion (skill shot) Cost: 100/150/200/250/300 Flint targets an enemy and Fires out a ball of energy towards an enemy champion or minion pushing them away from him (up to max attack range) and deals 65/125/180/225/275+(0.3ap)this can be intercepted by enemies otehr then the target (ie minions and other enemy champions). The Target and anyone the target touches all have a stack of Mark of Skraa applied. If Flint targets an allied champion or minion he pulls himself to them, consuming a random CC effect and shielding them for 50/75/100/125/150 + (0.2ap) for 2 seconds

R: Will Of Skraa Cost: 60% of flints Total mana Applies a stack of Mark of Skraa ever 0.5 seconds while in the area of effect Flint fires a surge of energy forward that expands (to about 2 times length and width of annies aoe flamethrower thing) and drains up to 40/50/60% of the targets max mana over for 2.5 seconds while they are in the abilities range or untill the ability is activated again to cancel it. Enemies caught in the initial blast take 150/250/350+ (0.3ap) magic damage and are slowed by 50% for 2.5 seconds. After the ability ends or is cancelled, Flint fires a second surge of energy forward that deals the abilities inital damage x (% of total mana drained from all enemy champions) Flint then recovers 10% of the mana that was drained from enemy champions The second wave can do over 100% of the original explosions dmg if the amount of mana drained is over 100%.

This seems like alot of Dmg but considering you can leave the area of effect it can cut the ult ability dmg in half.

...why repost this once every day or two instead of updating one of your other posts? It's rather rude to everyone else trying to get their ideas noticed when there are at least three "Flint" posts taking up space when only one is needed.
