New Rank Tier?

Adding a new rank tier for those who are incredibly indulged by their competitive spirit and desire to participate in the LCS would be a very interesting concept. A tier above Challenger that only has room for about 2000 players in a region. In this tier games would work differently. It would be a tournament setup which would allow players to experience the grand form of league of legends. There would be about 20 tournaments going on everyday which would all be streamed. Of course these tournaments would last quite a while, usually the whole day, but people who play WoW spend hours upon hours doing Raids with Guilds. To not exclude other rankings from tounament play the same setup could be applied to all ranking. (Bronze-Challenger) These tournament matches would award higher ELO gain as an incentive for participation. Players could devise teams with their friends and participate in an all day tournament session. How fun would that be.
